Żurrieq Wolves got their second win of the season when they beat Luxol 4-1 and got a double over the same opponents.
The Arrows were motivated to get the most out of this match after a series of not so positive results. Above all they had the goalkeeper David Farrugia who welcomed everything that came to his hand in order to keep his team in the game.
Żurrieq opened a double advantage after goals from Brian Axisa and Josef Vassallo.

A few minutes from the end of the first half, Luxol were awarded a penalty which was scored by Manolito Micallef but Żurrieq increased the advantage again with a good goal by Alex Abdilla.
In the second half, the Wolves sealed the victory through Clarence John Thompson who, after receiving well from Robert Zammit, shot into an empty net.
