MFPA stayed at the top of the Veterans Malta Premier League after securing a dominant 7-0 win over Żurrieq Wolves.
The Malta Football Players Association side were inspired by Stanimir Miloskovic, who netted a hat-trick, while Jonathan Bondin added a brace. Aleksandar Ribic and Mark Zammit also got on the scoresheet, helping their team reach a total of 22 points in the standings.
Floriana Veterans remain close behind, sitting just one point adrift. The Greens registered a 7-4 victory over Rabat Veterans, with Ryan Darmanin scoring a hat-trick and Manolito Micallef contributing two goals. Bojan Kaljevic and Firas Aboulezz also found the net.
Rabat replied through an own goal by Dylan Grima, a brace from Timothy Zammit, and another goal by Leandros Calleja.

Luxol St Andrew’s returned to winning ways with a 5-2 triumph over Hibernians. Glenn Bonello scored twice, while Emerson Amaira, Alan Tabone, and an own goal by Dylan Mercieca added to Luxol’s tally. Ilia Nazarov netted both goals for Hibernians.

Meanwhile, Gżira United defeated Birkirkara St Helen’s 8-4. Romeu Romao, Alan Spiteri, and Ian Zammit each scored a brace, with Sebastian Nayar and Kurt Magro completing the scoring for the Maroons.
For Birkirkara, Gilbert Camilleri Lowell scored twice, while Mark Gauci and Ayrton Duncan added consolation goals.
