The Maltese Veterans achieved a 6-1 scoreline against the Greeks side TSOF 2012 Athens in an international friendly match that was played at the Mellieħa stadium.
The team led by Joe Micallef was already 5-1 up by the end of the first half while in the second half they were able to control the result while scoring another goal.

Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza was inspirational for the Maltese as he netted a poker while Malcolm Camilleri and Kevin Sammut added more goals for their team.

Sean Sullivan, Pio Schiriha, Jeffrey Chetcuti, Brian Said, Gareth Magri, Charlo Magro, Jamie Pace, Dino Cachia, Kevin Sammut, Malcolm Camilleri and Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza.
At some point in the match Leandros Calleja, Mario Camilleri, Colin Ciantar and Roderick Debattista came on to play.

The next commitment of the Maltese Veterans will be on Saturday 12th April next as they face Internacional de Cartagena Veteranos of Spain at the Charles Abela Stadium in Mosta.
