Week 3 from our championship saw four matches, two from each group. The first game we had Hamrun Spartans vs Rabat Serkin.
Hamrun Spartans shown their quality level as they immediately were organised and compact with a good organisation in the pitch. In fact, they took an early lead by Antonini.
Although Rabat tried to push forward, Hamrun controlled very good through-out the game.

The second game on the night was between San Gwann vs Zejtun Red Stars.
San Gwann managed to grab their first win in the group, leaving Zejtun at the bottom of the table. Zejtun once again started the game very good but they are struggling to keep their form throughout the whole match.

Team of the week
Week 3 rounded up another with MFPA dominating Gozo Glory. Gozo had both their Goalkeepers injured and therefore Sam Anthony Cauchi was in Goal.

Last game of Week 3 was between Luxol St. Andrews vs Valletta Lions. This was a balanced match as Valletta continue to improve their game each week. The game was going to end in a tie, but the usual Brian Said had other plans and managed to grab the winning goal at the final whistle.
