MFPA and Luxol maintain perfect start

MFPA and Luxol sit at the top of the Veterans Malta FA Premier League with maximum points after securing their second consecutive victories.

The Malta Football Players Association defeated Żurrieq Wolves 9–3 in a match they dominated from start to finish.
George Frendo stood out for MFPA with a hat-trick, while Mark Zammit and Jonathan Bondin each scored twice. Branko Nisevic and Alexander Ribic were also on target.
For Żurrieq, Giuseppe Muscat netted a brace, with Bjorn Bondin adding another.

Luxol St Andrew’s recorded a 7–1 win over Hibernians.
Prolific scorer Glenn Bonello struck a hat-trick, Gary Inguanez added a brace, and goals from Leighton Grech and Dylan Musu sealed the result for the St Andrew’s side.
Beppe Antignolo scored the lone goal for Hibernians.

Floriana beat Rabat Veterans 3–0, with their goals coming from a Bojan Kaljevic double and a strike by Ryan Darmanin.
