VMFA Cisk Premier League leaders Gżira United are expected to take the three points at stake as they meet Żejtun Red Stars as another round of matches will be played at the St Dorothy’s Ground.
The Maroons were held to a 5-5 draw against a mighty Luxol team in a nail-biting affair. After being 5-2 down, they made a late rally to salvage a point and preserve their unbeaten status.
Their opponents are Żejtun Red Stars who are finding the going tough during this season as they only registered one win and have already three defeats. They are coming from a bitter 4-1 defeat against Rabat Veterans.

Second-placed Rabat Veterans are ready to maintain their good form of late as they meet Żurrieq Wolves. The latter have still to gain the first points as they were beaten four times.
Rabat are having a very positive season as they are coming from a smart 4-1 win over Żejtun Red Stars. Their strikers Adam Smeir and Darren Galea are making all the difference as they are scoring vital goals for their team.

Tomorrow, Hibernians face champions MFPA in a match which is expected to be a balanced one. The Malta Football Players Association are lacking the flair they had last season as till now they have registered one win, one defeat and two draws. They need to raise their game and try to go for the three points.
On the other hand, the Paolites are improving after a difficult start and are coming from a good win against Żurrieq Wolves. They will surely try to be a tough nut to crack for the champions.
Match Day 5 of the VMFA Cisk Premier League ends with a top clash between Luxol and Birkirkara St Helen’s.
Luxol were second away from getting another three points in their match against Gżira United but were reached at the death by a last gasp goal. During this season they are performing really well and this is being noticed in the results they are obtaining.

Birkirkara St Helen’s also have the same number of points like Luxol and Rabat Veterans and will be all out to get the most important three points at stake.
